Hello ALL,

Published in the members page is the notice of the Special General Meeting and proxy voting form.  Please note that the meeting is to be held on Saturday, 10 December2022 at Bryan’s house.  Due to time restraints there will not be an automatic adjournment to the next week.  We need 17 members to attend on the 10th of December for a quorum.  PLEASE make this a priority to attend.

The SGM should be quick as only the special resolution is on the agenda under General business.  All other matters can be discussed at the Directors meeting immediately following the SGM.  Let me know if you have any items to add to the agenda for the Directors Meeting.
